My Review

The IMPACT Body Plan 10 week program is definitely a road to recovery. I went from unable to lift, walk up stairs, or perform any legs exercise to doing lunges, squats, heavy weight lifting, jogging, sprinting etc. with no pain to little pain. At times, I still experience pain but after foam rolling, stretching, and performing A.R.T. on myself, I feel fine. It has been a few years dealing with inflammation and frustration and it only took 10 weeks to turn that frown upside down. I definitely believe it will still take time before I am completely recovered. As I continue to get stronger and focus more towards my core and lower back, I believe I will definitely get there.

UPDATE as of 12/20/11:  I am officially pain free. Matter of fact, I just recently competed at the Excalibur Bikini Competition. See photos: http://gallery.musclecontest.com/index.php?page=competitor&entry_id=6813. That is proof that I am able to get back in the gym, training hard. I have not had any issues with my knees, especially with the amount of lunges, squats, and leg press I had to do. I am feeling great and ready to ROCK out 2012 with more competitions to come.

For those of you out there going through what I have, keep your hopes alive and you will recover.
